This document establishes the conditions of use and legal regulations for the use of Villa Peuchere services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

2. Acceptance of Conditions
The uninterrupted use of the website and the effective making of reservations implies the express and unequivocal acceptance of these terms, in accordance with current Costa Rican legislation.
3. Services Offered
Villa Peuchere offers corporate and vacation lodging services and mediation of local tourism experiences. Website descriptions, seasonal prices, and their respective availability may vary without prior notice according to logistics.
4. Reservations and Confirmation
- All processed reservations are 100% subject to calendar availability.
- A reservation is considered formally confirmed only after electronic or manual validation of the payment / security deposit.
- The customer or reservation issuer must provide true, legal, and updated information regarding their identity.
5. Gateways and Payments
- For now, the system does not process payments by SINPE Móvil or credit card automatically within the site. These methods are under development and will be enabled later when the integration is ready.
- A prior security deposit may be required to permanently block the dates of your stay.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or at the strict moment of check-in, according to the payment method available at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and No-Show Policies
- Final cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of purchase (Flexible or Non-Refundable).
- Late cancellations or 'No Shows' will generate penalties chargeable to the methods attached by the customer.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be managed strictly in accordance with current internal policies and applicable commercial regulations.
7. Check-in and Check-out
- Formal check-in and check-out of rooms will be governed without exceptions by the schedules defined by Villa Peuchere.
- Unapproved late check-outs may involve additional daily financial charges.
8. Proper Use of Service and Coexistence
The guest legally and fully commits to:
- Not performing or instigating illegal or offensive activities within the premises.
- Not causing intentional damage or damage due to negligence to the property.
- Strictly respecting the rules of social coexistence and quiet hours of the hotel with other guests.
Material non-compliance with the above will enable Villa Peuchere to immediately cancel and interrupt the stay without any financial refund and to issue the respective legal notice.
9. Insurance and Civil Liability
- Villa Peuchere is not operationally responsible for the loss of high-value personal items that have not been deposited in official safeguard elements or notified to the hotel.
- The guest assumes and responds financially as a joint guarantor for breakages or direct damage caused to the cabin facilities.
10. Database Protection and Privacy
The processing, storage, and transfer of personal and sensitive data is exclusively governed by the mandate of National Law No. 8968, guaranteeing the sacred right to privacy. Find the full details in our Privacy Policy.
11. Power of Modifications and Legislation
The hotel operator preserves the absolute right and may freely update these terms in consideration of the law at any time. Thus, the operationally effective versions for compliance will be published on this same website retroactively or progressively.
These terms are born in structural accordance and are governed under the laws and courts of the Republic of Costa Rica.
